July 7th2008

Well, another busy day!! Shannon had a vet appointment today. She had to get her shots and while there she decided to urinate on the floor. I was mortified!! She never does that. So the vet said maybe she has UTI, so she tested her for that and it was perfect. Well we found out she is starting her heat cycle.
Then while we were planting MORE BEANS, Ron, the chief of Police, stopped in and said he needed another German Shepherd as his just died of cancer. So at least we could tell him of Shannon. So now he has to wait until November, 4 months until he can take a puppy home.
Yes, Bob is planting more beans, 3 LONG ROWS. He is just thinking of the future, I know, so I'm trying. My mom is the green thumb, not me. But Bob is really enjoying working in the garden. I like looking at it.!! I'm terrible. I have a wonderful Husband.
I'll have to take a picture of my garden so my mom can see it. OK, MOM??

July 6th

Bruce and Ashley showed up after dinner to get their dogs. They were happy to see them. So now I'm down to 9 dogs.
Our pastor is away right now so we had Bro. Duncan and wife fill in. Right after service they went to Sis. Reeds house to get a bite to eat then they had to hurry to go to a funeral, as their 22 year old nephew was killed in a car accident. That is so sad. You never know from one day to the next.

July 4th

We had a nice July 4th. I had went over Julie's to get pictures of the pups and after we were done DJ wanted to come home with me , so I brought him back with me. He kept saying Hamburger so we stopped at Wendy's to get him one, then on home. He was really good while I was putting pictures of the pups online. He even followed me around while I was taking care of the dogs, feeding and cleaning all 11 of them right now.
Around 7:00, Julie came, so we had a small cook out our selfs , since the,"guys", are out on lake Erie fishing. We then went to look for where they were having fireworks and found cars starting to line up along the highway, and sure enough we found out we were right, A HOUR AND A HALF LATER!!!!!! They were worth the wait as they were beautiful.
I should of got some pictures.

My youngest son, Austin

Austin is now 13. He is the youngest, but is well loved by mom and dad and his nephews. They think uncle Austin is the greatest.

My Grandchildren

Corey and Tyler, cousins.

The oldest, Corey,(6) and the youngest,Trenton, (10 months) ( blond heads) belong to my # 2 son, Daniel and Rachel.
The other 2 are Tyler,(4) and Derrick or DJ (2)-#1 son, Bud and Julie

Trenton is the littlest one. It needs updated. That was a few months ago.
The one on top is DJ. His needs updated also. I'll be working on that.
I have to say I think my grandsons are the best looking all around!!

Hot and Rainy July

It's a warm and dreary day, but good to be alive because Jesus is alive and reigning.
I have my son, Bruce's 2 dog's. So I have 3 German shepherds in the house, as one of Bruce's is Black, the sister of my black one, Jewel, plus precious Ruby, My favorite. Two totally black and one Black and tan. Bruce and Ashley's other dog is part Beagle so I put her down with our Beagles and with Hellman's ( Our Pastor and wife) Beagle too. What fun!!!!!
I had to unload a generator from off a Yellow transportation truck with the tractor, then later I had to load a disk to a trailer. I was nervous about it but I made it.
Then a Beagle kept getting out of the pen. I would fix it and she would find another place. She literately bites the pen and pulls it. She had a couple of chickens up a tree.
We are excited as Bruce and Ashley are finally going to have their baby that they have been waiting for. I'm trying to get the ticker on. Number 5 grandchild. Our family is growing. Maybe this will be a girl after 4 boys?????????????
Pictures will be coming as soon as I figure everything out on here.
