Update on Grandchildren and Austin

The Lord's Mercies

Just was reading this morning of the Lord's Mercies, Lamentation 2:22- The Lord is so good!!

22-It is of the Lord's mercies that we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not.

23- They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness!

24-The Lord is my portion, saith my soul! Therefore will I hope in Him.

25- The Lord is good unto him that wait for Him, to the soul that seeketh him.

26- It is good that a man should both hope and quietly wait for the salvation of the Lord.

27- It is good for a man that he bear the yoke in his youth.

28- He sitteth alone and keepeth silence, because he hath borne it upon him.

29- He putteth his mouth in the dust:if so be there may be hope.

30- He giveth his cheek to him that smitteth him: he is filled full with reproach.

31- FOR THE LORD WILL NOT CAST OFF FOR EVER.

32- BUT THOUGH HE CAUSE GRIEF, YET WILL HE HAVE COMPASSION TO THE MULTITUDE OF HIS MERCIES!!!!!!

33- FOR HE DOETH NOT AFFLICT WILLINGLY NOR GRIEVE THE CHILDREN OF MEN.

40-LET US SEARCH AND TRY OUR WAYS, AND TURN AGAIN TO THE LORD!!

41. Let us lift up our heart with our hands unto God in the Heavens.

55- I called upon thy name,O Lord, out of the low dungeon.

56- Thou hast heard my voice, hide not thine ear at my breathing, at my cry.

57- Thou drewest near in the day that I called upon thee: Thou saidest, "Fear Not"!

58- O, Lord, Thou hast pleaded the causes of my soul,thou hast redeemed my life!!

The harvest is past, the summer is ended, and we are not saved....Jer. 8:20 There is still so many that need to be saved!!!

This summer has been so busy with things that are important for here on earth, but I think of that verse in the Bible, John 4:35 (b) Behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are while already to harvest..

MATT. 6:
19 Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break in and steal.
20. But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where theives do not break in and steal.
21. For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.

What we do for Christ is everlasting and more important.

I ITimothy 3:17

7. EVER LEARNIN, AND NEVER ABLE TO COME TO THE KNOWLEDGE OF TRUTH.

8. NOW AS JANNES AND JAMBRES WITHSTOOD MOSES, SO DO THESE ALSO RESIST THE TRUTH: MEN OF CORRUPT MINDS, REPROBATE CONCERNING THE FAITH..

3. KNOWING THIS FIRST, THAT THERE SHALL COME IN THE LAST DAYS SCOFFERS,, WALKING AFTER THEIR OWN LUSTS,

4. AND SAYING? WHERE IS THE PROMISE OF HIS COMING? FOR SINCE THE FATHERS FELL ASLEEP, ALL THINGS CONTINUE AS THEY WERE FROM THE BEGINNING OF THE CREATION.

10. BUT THE DAY OF THE LORD WILL COME AS A THIEF IN THE NIGHT: IN THE WHICH THE HEAVENS WILL PASS AWAY A GREAT NOISE, AND THE ELEMENTS SHALL MELT WITH FERVENT HEAT, THE EARTH ALSO AND THE WORKS THAT ARE THEIRIN SHALL BE BURNED UP.

11. SEEING THEN THAT ALL THESE THINGS SHALL BE DISSOLVED, WHAT MANNER OF PERSONS OUGHT YE TO BE IN ALL HOLY CONVERSATION AND GODLINESS,

JESUS IS COMING SOON!! WE ALL HAVE TO GIVE AN ACCOUNT BEFORE GOD OURSELF!! IT PAYS TO BE READY!!! HELL IS REAL AND FOREVER!!

Our garden for this year,

The first 2 pictures are of our littler garden which contains broccoli, cauliflower, peas, green beans,cabbage,lettuce and a little bit of corn.

This is our big garden which contains 5 1/2 LONG rows of potatoes, 3 LONG rows of tomatoes, (4) 1/2 rows of peppers and the last row of watermelon, cucumbers and cantaloupe.There is also (3) 1/2 rows of different kind of corn. Below;
